Install and setup instructions


Here are instructions if you do not need my remote help (if you do need my help please see below).

1) You will need to download the files to your computer.

To download on your computer (Mac or PC) simply click each link from your “Purchase Receipt” email (one at a time), a window will pop up asking you to save it (make sure you save the recordings somewhere that is easy for you to find – I normally save it to my desktop).

You may use this method to save it to an Android phone as well.

If you can’t find the purchase email within your inbox, please make sure to check your spam folder as well.

You can also head over to our website and after logging in into your account (your login details should get to you via email as well) you can browse your purchase history and find your download links there.

2) If you want to place the recordings on you iPhone or ipad then you will need to open iTunes and create a separate playlist for each recording in iTunes.

3) drag and drop each recording into its corresponding playlist in iTunes.

4) connect your iPhone/iPad to your computer

5) make sure you have selected your new playlists in iTunes (there should be check marks beside each one unless you have iTunes defaulted to sync everything)

6) click the sync button (normally located on the bottom right side of the iTunes window).

If you do not have a computer or iTunes then you can install either of these free apps on your phone/device from the app store…

Google Drive
Microsoft OneDrive

(Simply go to your respective store, “App Store” for Apple, “Play Store” for android and search for the apps and install the appropriate one for your device)

You will need to let me know which one you have/download so I can send you a special link that you can use to download the audios directly to your iPhone/iPad or Android device.

I can call you to help you if the instructions above are too complex, but I’ll need you to download TeamViewer QS (quick support) first so I can remote to your computer.

If you want or need me to remote to your iPhone, iPad or Android device you will need to go to the App Store (Apple) or the Play Store (android) and search for the TeamViewer QS (quicksupport) app and install it on your device
